Through Human Design, mindset coaching and practical self-discovery tools, I help women reconnect with their inner compass and trust who they are.
Having spent over eight years working with body-based healing alongside coaching, my approach is deeply body-led. I believe our bodies often recognise what is true long before our minds can explain it.
