for as long as i can remember, the things i wanted most were not achievements.

They were feeling states. I wanted to feel grounded, centred and alive.

Years later, Human Design gave me language for why these qualities mattered so much to me.

But the truth came first. My body recognised it long before my mind understood it.

Today, I believe our North Star is often less about what we want to accomplish and more about how we long to feel.

Grounded in ourselves.
Centred around what matters.
Fully alive.

šŸ“ my north star was first felt in paris

At 17 years old, I stood on a balcony in Montmartre, looking out over Paris.
Far from home. Far from everything familiar. And yet, I had never felt more like myself.

I remember making a quiet promise to myself: "One day I will live here."

At the time, I couldn't explain why.
I only knew that something inside me had come alive.

It wasn't about Paris itself. It was about what Paris awakened in me.

For the first time, I caught a glimpse of what it felt like to be truly alive.

A feeling of expansion. Possibility. Beauty. Connection to my old soul maybe.

A vision that life could be bigger than I had ever imagined.

Looking back, I think it was my first encounter with what I now call a North Star.

A feeling. a deep inner knowing about what was true for me.

Since then, many of the most important decisions in my life have come from learning to trust that feeling.

Today, I help women do the same. Because I believe that when we learn to recognise what makes us come alive, we begin to find our way home to ourselves.

my story

I’ve always been drawn to one question: What makes us feel fully alive and how we can find our unique path - our North Star?

That question has taken me through many different worlds—living abroad, learning languages, working in brand strategy, writing books, and exploring the body through healing arts especially reflexology and the elements of fire, air, water and earth.

On the surface, it might look like different paths.
But it was always the same thread I was following: understanding people, direction, and understanding what is truly ours, and what isn’t.

Human Design gave language to something I had always felt:
That we are each designed differently.

And that everything changes when you stop trying to be like everyone else.

Now, I help women see themselves clearly—
so they can trust what they already know and move forward in their own way.

Because your next step isn’t about more strategy.
It’s about trusting what’s already driving you.

Biggest Learning in Life

i get to do what i love —and feel supported while doing it.

Most women I meet feel supported.
They have the structure, the stability, the ā€œrightā€ path.

But they’re not doing what they truly love.

For me, it was always the opposite.

I followed what lit me up. That part came naturally.

But feeling supported while doing it? That was the struggle.

For a long time, it felt like I had to choose.

Do what I love… or feel safe.
Follow my way… or be supported.

Until I started seeing myself differently.

Not because life suddenly became easier—
but because I stopped abandoning what I already knew was right for me.

Now, I don’t choose between the two.

I expect both.

And this is the work I do with women who look like they have it together—
but know something feels off.

Women who have followed the ā€œrightā€ way…
and are ready to return to their own.

You don’t need more strategy.
You need to see yourself clearly—and trust what you see enough to move.
